Fascinating stuff. This goes a long way towards explaining to me why Ferrari
always seem to get the benefit of the doubt in steward's enquiries and FIA
investigations. They're linked with the FIA in ways that clearly undermine
any pretence the FIA can have to be unbiased in their decisions.

So now we know. We have indeed been watching a 'fixed' rather than a fair
racing series for many years, much as we suspected. How much longer can Mad
Max and the Poison Dwarf stay in power or does this finally prove the need
for a root and branch overhaul of the administration of the 'sport'? I use
the term loosely of course.

+1

It was pretty clear to me all along, especially this year.

Wow, what a Christmas present.

So, what we always knew to be true, and what the moronic Tifosi never
accepted to be true, is infact, true. Ferrari are helped by a bent FIAt,
paid off and bank rolled by Bernie.

So what gonna happen now then? Will things be even out? Like fuck.

And what is this utter bullshit about Ferrari being essential to F1? Ferrari
are clearly completely shit if the need an extra £50m (whatever) to come
second to Lewis.

Frankly, I want Ferrari out. With them there F1 can never be fair or real
competition. I don't care what bullshit they make up behind closed doors.
The cat is out of the bad and Ferrari can never be trusted again. Neither
can the FIAt and Bernie, both of which should be investigated for fraud, at
the very least.

And who can charge all 3 for bringing the sport in to disrepute?

All this and McLaren have to suffer the BS that the FIAt handed out in 2007.
I wonder if they have some sort of action against the FIAt, since the FIAt
and Ferrari are clearly one. You can't have an alleged victim preside of the
alleged offender. So, chances are, that was rigged too. Why not suppose that
McLaren were threatened to accept it or be thrown out, in favour of fucking
Ferrari.

There are 3 of the fucking road cars near me, left out over night, and I
think I might go out on the piss tonight. Fuckers.

Welcome to the fake world of WWE F1.

Alonso can become my favourite driver if he comes out and says that he has
no more interest in driving for Ferrari.

Am I right in thinking this means Alonso and Renault really did do a very
good job beating the cheating cunts?

AC (off to restore karma)

I think if you look at mosley banning mass dampers for no reason other
than to help Ferrari mid season and then giving phantom penalties to
Alonso at Monzo, then yes Renault and Alonso did a very good job in
2006.
Also in 2004 Ferrari had a massive car advantage compared to their
2003 car, now we now they were paid an additional 80million at the end
of 2003.
Magazine publish that Toyota and McLaren have bigger budgets but these
massive backhanders are not included in Ferrari's official buget.

“What he should do, rather than asking for money, with all the extra
money Ferrari gets, he should share all that amongst the teams,”
Ecclestone said of Di Montezemolo.

:)

LOL!!!!!!

Hey Bernie, if you want to try blackmail, you have to use information
that people DIDN'T already know.

It's obvious that even Ferrari are now sick of the Bernie / Mad Max show
and want someone new to the party. Teams change their personnel
occasionally, why is there no change at the very top for F1?

Bernie and Mad Max have got complacent, it's time they were changed for
people who can drive the F1 grid forward into the future, not come up
with increasing stupid rule change to "cut costs", but cost a small
fortune to implement, saving no money at all.

Maybe the marriage break-up has made him look at his life and he's
decided to be a bit more honest or maybe he's as sick of all the biased
bull as the rest of us.

Biased bull? We've have to put up with the Bernie / Mad Max bull for all
these years? Time for a change for those two - retirement.

I use the term loosely of course.

That's down to the teams.

The FIAt and Bernie shat themselves over Honda leaving and they were at the
back of the grid. All it needs now is for Merc, BMW, Toyota and perhaps
Renault to threaten to quit and its game over. F1 does not need Ferrari. If
Ferrari were the be all and end all, that Ferrari only US GP would have been
a roaring success.

IMHO, its down to the teams to show some back bone for once in their sorry
lives and stand up to Bernie and FIAt.

Good luck with that. Every few years they get rightly pissed, band
together, and make vague threats. Troll hands them a little more cash
and suddenly all their moral 'outrage' is forgotten. F1 is rotten to
the core, and the teams and manufacturers really can't blame anyone but
themselves.

If they don't, why should any fan care?

Good question! :)

However, I can't help feeling that the teams already knew this. So
presumably, its all fine and dandy to them.

What a fucking joke.

Exactly.

Why do I get the feeling that Bernie doesn't care anymore?

Maybe the marriage break-up has made him look at his life and he's
decided to be a bit more honest or maybe he's as sick of all the biased
bull as the rest of us.

it will be interesting to see the response of the non-ferrari teams.
they have been handed quite a weapon.

Nothing that the teams didn't already know.
