Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Hi,
I am using Entourage in my company and my email address (email@company.com) is different from my network username (my_login).
However, sometimes people receive an email from me as being my_login@company.com instead of email@company.com. As a result, when they try to reply to my emails, they receive an "undelivered message" and I am not receiving lots of emails.
How can I stop this error?

I'm assuming you've done this, but you don't specify so I'll ask. Under
Account Settings, do you have an email address entered under Personal
Information? Do you have more than one account under your mail accounts?
Perhaps, some of your messages are being replied from a different account.

This sounds like this new feature in Entourage 2008.
