it will not appear in the list of available plugins. Note also that
I forgot
to increment the build number, so even though it says build '48', it
is
actually build '49' with an improved German translation. Other than
the
German translation, it should be identical to version 1.20 build 48.

Preferences are under Edit in pretty much every other app. That's
where I keep looking for it. So, I figure why not move it and make it
easy for new users.

I suppose for Windows users this is true, however many KDE Linux
apps have
a menu item, 'Settings' for things like configurations of various
types.
I don't know just how the Gnome or other Linux window managers or
the Mac
window manager handle it.
Since I seldom use it, no real problem here where ever it is.
