Very interesting story I have to say!
But can you help me with some facts, im looking at ISU.org and as far is i can see the rules is as follow:

To be able to start at a worldcup skaters has to do:
37.00
1.14.00
1.53.50
7.00.00
14.00.00

And to be able to get a teampersuite team on the startline at the olympics you need.

1.
A team top 7 (canada is pre qualify)
2.
Times
36,00
1,11,00
1,49,00
6,35,00
13,30,00

As far as i can see all skaters inclusive substitute need to do the ISU times to be able to start with a team.

All friends on the list from holland with a better control of this skaters, what do you say, will they be able to do this?

Or is it just a smart way to get some good media attention before the marathon races starts?

From a sunny middle sweden.

Yes, they can! Two of them (Bergsma and Bovenhuis) already made the 6.35
qualification time in Berlin last weekend. And that was an official
ISU-acknowledged race. So, together with Babenko, they could make a team.

This evening I heard an interview on Dutch radio with Jillert Anema (their coach and former coach of Rintje).
It was a requiest from the Kazakh federation if he could nominate some Dutch marathon skaters because the Kazakhs failed one skater to make the team pursuit. Anema mentioned some of his skaters. In training races they made faster times than the current WR. He could not believe it but the clock was not lying. Vadim Sayutin, the Kazakh coach (and former marathon skater) was also impressed. So they might be a serious medal contender. Bob de Vries one of his other skaters is not taking part in the Kazakh adventure, he is still hoping for an invitation from the Dutch federation.

And what are the world records according to Anema?
And on which distances? As I reckon the "Worldrecords"
on non-ISU distances (1609m, 2000m, 8000m, etc) are not that sharp
